Oregonians Credit Union, Prineville, OR

Beth is amazing we have been clients of Oregonians for many years and have had several loans but this past experience goes above and beyond. Within 48 hours we applied for a loan got approved had it funded and we’re picking up our fifth wheel. She responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns along with the questions from the seller as well. The Prineville branch is awesome!

Beth and her crew at the Prineville Branch location are seriously the absolute best! I would recommend Oregonians for any type of loan. Andrew was so helpful today with a problem I was having getting into my e-statements. He worked on locating an amount I was trying to verify. His efficiency in checking our accounts and even noting a benefit we hadn't used was great. I always feel secure with all our banking needs, and it was proven with the help given today.

Note: This is for the Oregon City branch: I come in once a month to make my car payment because one, I'm old fashioned, and two, because I enjoy the human interaction with the folks that work here. Everyone that I've met over the years at the Oregon City Oregonians Credit Union have always been kind and helpful, but I'd like to give a special shout out to both Cayla and Ashleigh. They were both very helpful the last time I went in, and had a genuine kindness about them, which I always appreciate. A lot of people come and go, but I'm hoping I'll see these two again thanks to their great customer service and friendliness.

Customer service deserves 5 stars, specifically Beth! She was very responsive and answered my many questions. We recently switched to Oregonians from our prior long time credit union and she made the switch painless. We highly recommend.
