Member for 6 years. Every person has been professional & pleasant. That is what matters most to me. Cashing checks is typically quick as lines move right along. Great service!

Upon the unexpected death of our daughter, who was a member of OnPoint, I had to navigate the complicated legal process of gaining access to her funds. The team at the Redmond Branch were genuinely sympathetic to my situation. I received precise instructions and timeline to follow. At my final appointment I was shown professional kindness and support, specifically by Member Service Representative Levi G. He walked me through every step with patience and accuracy.
Since my daughter’s passing I’ve worked with several other banking institutions, on her behalf. OnPoint is far above and beyond the most professional, easy to work with and understanding!

Polite, but led us to believe that our loan was a shoe-in before declining us at the last minute, putting us in a very precarious position. We are now having to rush to arrange alternative financing due to the misleading language used by the rep we worked with.

I don't go into my bank/this bank very often, like only a few times a year, but I certainly enjoy my experience every time I do! They are always very friendly, fast and treat me like I'm family!

Been with OnPoint for quite a while now, we came from a different credit union and also national bank. Hands down, Onpoint as a whole has been great for us. I have scheduled appointments with various locations over the years to learn and ask questions, and they were always coming across honest, professional, and intentionally helpful. The Redmond branch has a great group of smiling kind good folks running the bank. I highly recommend checking them out, maybe even make the "switch" to them. I have zero complaints or regrets. Keep doing what you do Onpoint, focus on the customer. Thank you.

If you're going to be treated like you bank with a big soulless corporation, you might as well get the perks of banking with a big soulless corporation. No shade on the Redmond location in particular, but OnPoint as a whole is disorganized and unprofessional, and after 10 years of working with them I've had enough. Examples: when we asked about mortgage options, someone in Portland sent us emails with no capital letters like he was texting his buds, and he outright lied to us about a state program with better rates than OnPoint's. Another time after I met with someone about an auto loan, she didn't respond to my follow-up about the application...until more than a whole year later! Then this year we were approved for a new loan, but OnPoint generated no bill for the first due date, then slapped us with a surprise late fee. They refused to waive it because the date was in tiny text on the loan documents, so we were supposed to memorize that and proactively figure out how to pay it? That was the final straw that convinced us to move our money elsewhere.
