I have had really bad experiences with banks, always over charging. Fees and fines for their own mistakes. Sofcu is a fresh breath of air, the staff is extremely helpful and nice. They always remember who I am, which is different from my experiences at a bank. I recommend sofcu to anyone

I’ve been with this bank for 12 years. I’m so thankful for the customer service at this branch. I love seen that they have the same employees that know me very well by name with out pulling out my information I’m always greeted and that makes me feel like I’m a such a great bank they are like family at this point.
