If I could rate lower than than one star, I would. I have (unfortunately) used this company for several years. I had wished I had another option, but this was it. Alecia is pretty friendly, but Tandy is unbelievably rude on a consistent basis. She is abrupt and absolutely no pleasantries. She acts like I'm an inconvenience and looks down me. If she doesn't like people that much, I'm confused why she would work the window. I have resorted to sliding my payments under the door before they open because I do everything to avoid interacting with her. I have paid this company crazy amounts of money, and I feel like I'm in a hostage situation constantly trying to get away from them. Most recently when I called, I asked to speak with the owner and Tandy refused, saying she is part owner. Do not use this business. Go to Cash & Go by Chuck E Cheese's... the interest rate is like $35 to borrow $300 for a month. And they are always very nice and helpful.

This place is awful, not only is the customer service lacking ,I couldnt even get a smile or a greeting from the person that was helping me and was given in accurate information over the phone . nobody wanted to admit who it was that did it and since the owner runs the place she could not care less if she inconvenienced you due to the misinformation givin, and sarcastically apologized with a horrible look on her face. I highly recommend nobody ever come here for any kind of loan and to go to Ace Cash express instead

After you miss even 1 payment. They will take that to court and sue you. Then after they are finished with the court having you unaware they finally send you a paper saying your are being sued. They tend to notify you after they sue you. All i can say for everyones safety is do not get a loan from here. You can read everyone's reviews here. Not a good place. Do ace cash express. They are a whole lot better.

Horrible customer service, the manager (blonde lady) is very rude and acts as if you are wasting her time rather then helping her make a paycheck. They are a very dirty company and borderline illegal as they add charges to accounts without warrant. I would suggest you ask your bank if they can provide a short term loan if that is not an option there is another payday loan place that provides installment loans. They also provide a decent interest rate and will work with you on payment. Stay away from Approved Loans and hope they shut their doors before they screw over anyone else.
