Ariel was so nice and helpful, as a person who has never tried to build credit before, he made it super simple for me, and answered every ridiculous question that I had! I really appreciated all of their help, and how simple they made it!

If you have great credit it's a problem not for you but if you're trying to build credit them give me a chance. Fairly high interest rate but we willing to take a rick on me. Just wish you could pay over the phone with 8 dollars fee.

First called to find out if the finace RV's . They say yes. So my husband applies. Then after running his credit we are told they perfer vehicle titles not really RV. But his score is good and has good income he is sure another bank that does those kind of loans would be able to do that. So FYI they only do vehicle loans.

I came in to refinance an existing loan. After jumping through all their hoops, I made a comment on how difficult they actually make it to take a loan. Ariel turned around and immediately started throwing threats like, "if you don't like how we do it you can go somewhere else". I also informed him that their wordage on their solicitation calls to their existing customers was misleading and explained why I thought so. Ariel was completely defensive about it, argumentative, and basicly telling me that I'm wrong instead of taking customer feedback and learning. Ariel is mean, argumentative, unnecessarily defensive, offensive, and carries the overall attitude that no matter what, he's right. This is completely unacceptable and if I had my way, I would close my account and go elsewhere like he suggested. I don't want to deal with Ariel anymore and completely dread the possibility that I may have to go into their location for whatever reason.
