Adam is extremely knowledgeable! He's been doing this a long time, and it shows. He went above and beyond with multiple rate scenarios and payment options in this unprecedented economy. He drove into the office late one night to lock our rate when he suspected they were going to jump. If you've looked recently, his suspicions were correct! He always answered my many questions timely, and eased our worries when buy\sell negotiations got rough. Our doc process felt expedited; the prep and turnaround with UW was quick! We were cleared to close two weeks before closing and signed four days before. He kept calm and showed crazy hustle with title to get four transactions closed on time after an unforseen hiccup arose with the other party. We have used Adam before and will continue to use him. We highly recommend his expertise and professionalism, with the right touch of humor.

Got the loan but in retrospect I would have never given Mr Israel my personal information that was a mistake.
