I have 5 business accounts and multiple personal checking and savings accounts on top of business loans, vehicle loans, credit cards and more with Mid Oregon credit union I would 10/10 recommend this credit union over anyone else in Bend.

Great service! They are always willing to work with you and can answer questions easily the team here has been excellent and this is definitely my favorite branch out of all of them and yes I have been to everyone in Central Oregon! Five star team for sure.

I’ve been with Mid Oregon for over a year banking with them. Everything is made easier on you and they are always friendly while helping. I refinanced my car for the first time ever, and everything went incredibly smooth, thanks to Madison Gibney! I was able to do most of everything through email with her since I have a odd work schedule and the rest of the paperwork I was able to take in when I was convenient for me! Thank you so much again for making everything so doable!

Lara from MidOregon Credit Union has been wonderful to work with! We are running a school program and getting all the kids set up with bank accounts and she's been nothing but pleasant and flexible with our difficult school schedule. Thank you Mid Oregon Credit Union in Sisters, Oregon. I needed four cashiers checks today and I first went to US Bank to get them because I have an account there. US Bank wanted to charge me $10 a piece even though I have an account. Highway robbery! I realized I had an account with Mid Oregon Credit Union (MOCU) and so I told US Bank no thanks and I called MOCU and spoke with Virginia. She was very cordial, listened to my situation and she informed me that MOCU offers the first cashiers check free and it’s two dollars each after that. I was very happy with this. I then went to the MOCU in Sisters and spoke with Lisa and shared my experience with her and she said that would not be a problem here and even though I hadn’t had an active account for awhile, but did have a current loan she and Magi fixed me right up. after it was all over I left with four cashiers checks and Mid Oregon Credit Union did not charge me for those because I have a loan over a certain amount and this qualified me for the free cashiers checks. Thank you again MOCU in Sisters for saving my family $40.

Worse agency ever to deal with They took my car after paying 11, 000 over three years And never being late on payment !! My insurance overlapped even know I had no idea and was not notified by insurance company or loan agency And then all of the sudden one day my payments were raised 100 dollars a month for 6 months so that put me 600 in back payment wich I don’t have 600 just sitting around so I continued just paying my agreed payments and 3 months later 2 weeks after taking a payment the stole my car while I was sleeping!! Single mother hard worker !!! They don’t give a damn about you or your family !! I’ve never paid more for a car and you have zero rights !! Please protect yourself and don’t deal with these folks! I’m convinced they are in a cahoots with the insurance companies to screw people !! Save your money buy what you need or it’s all for nothing !
