Umpqua Bank, Sutherlin, OR

Been banking here for 25 yrs. I love that the staff know me and my family well, and when trouble comes, they always know how to respond and fix things. We once had our bank account hacked and drained. They investigated and restored our entire account back to correct funds. Amazing.

Close the lobby and make it a drive thru only bank. It's terrible business when a customer walks in, waits where I can be scene and still get ignored when the only two employees are in the the drive thru area in the back.

Umpqua bank is a corporate bank that follows the corporate model of putting the bottom line first, people are way down the list of priorities. When an Umpqua Bank customer writes me a check, Umpqua Bank tries to charge me $6 to cash it. This is plain and simple theft. Stand your ground and demand all the money that is owed to you. Be firm and you will get it. They prey on the weak and fearful at the rate of $6 per check. This corporation has no power over you. Do not be weak and fearful.

Love Umpqua Bank; Hate this location. I get lousy service, misinformation, and poor treatment. Not sure what it is about this place (and it is more than just one person too).

I used to bank with umpqua bank years an years ago...I always thought they were awesome back then

They have screwed up my accounts multiple times and lost my data including social security # in a major data transfer. I would close all my accounts in a minute if I didn't need to let my 93 year old mother have access to them for the time she has remaining

Branch in sutherlin, Oregon has very helpful people, very friendly and patient with me and my banking. They are personal and professional, will definitely continue banking here.
