Columbia Bank, The Dalles, OR

We have been with Columbia for about 25 years and found constant excellence. But the most amazing was when I was scammed, got scarred, went to the bank practically in tears, and about 5 staff surrounded me, made calls to police, etc., contacted all sources that needed to be alerted and gave me unbelievable instructions and concern. What a great team of staff there!

HANDS DOWN The BEST bank in town. I’ve never had any issues. The staff are all so polite and helpful. I’ve been a customer here since I was 16. I won’t go anywhere else.

My Dad is elderly, the staff was extremely helpful in arranging accounts and even went above and beyond to help me take care of a difficult situation.

WORST BRANCH EVER. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU OR YOUR ACCOUNT. They don’t care about customer relationship.
