Tellers are super friendly and helpful, but the older lady is really rude. I am not sure if she is the manager or a supervisor, but she is very condescending.

Normally you just go to the bank ,deposit and moved on,but the difference between this bank and others. With the Astoria branch ,they go above and beyond taking care of their customers,the staffs in Astoria are Excellent and dedicated to their Customers ,whether you are new or regular customers ,they take good care of you .excellency and dedication is their. Hallmark ,good job for taking good care of your customers Astoria bank of the pacific

Very good service. Hometown atmosphere... Lots of women work there. I like that. I'm a man, so .. Good!
