They absolutely like to hoard money. We went in there thinking that we will have a good experience, both from the beginning to the end but we were so wrong. We had problems with insurance for our car and they kept trying to charge us an additional amount for insurance because we supposedly "didn't have insurance and we never showed it from the beginning". Not only that but they tell me it's finally solved but apparently now we have to waste our time to add them as a lien holder which they should've told us to do before handing our insurance information for the FIFTH time. We never had to deal with something like this with other banks, I don't know why we went to this bank when we could've gone to a bank we know and we could've gotten a loan at a much LOWER interest rate with less problems with insurance.

Received a loan when I really needed it. Nice staff give reminder calls. No problems throughout the payment process and final payment. Rates just need to be lower especially now that housing and bank rates are very low.

Great experience with this office. Professional staff with quality service. Beronica was efficient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She was very helpful. If i need another loan I will definitely go back.

Drove all the way there and filled out an application and the lady working said I would hear from them no later than the next morning and I was left in the dust just like that.never heard back from anyone in which I would describe as poor business practice and went to ace the next day and got a title loan so hopefully that will help you save some time.
