New To this credit union so far It seems really good. Everyone’s very nice everything is very easy simple set up yet very up to date technology. Offering a brick and mortar credit unions as well as online banking. It’s took me less than 15 minutes to open my savings and checking accounts there were no hoops to jump through, no hidden fees or monthly fees & no fine print.

So far this is one of the best credit unions I have seen. There's no hidden fees, or hoops to jump through. You don't have to pay monthly maintenance fees. I believe your first 50 checks are free. You don't have to pay anything for direct deposits. Just maintain a small balance in your savings, And the checking account is completely free.

Absolutely Love this place! I have been a member since I was 19 years old! I joined through Mr. Matthews and J&L Tin Mill where my Dad worked for years! Every vehichle myself and my family buy is purchased through Friendly Federal Credit Union! The people are so nice and helpful!

My boyfriend has had this as his credit union for 20 years and in November someone hacked his account and stole $900 out within 3 days cause they put a skimmer on the machine. Well he called and they investigated and saw the guy who did it but he had a jacket and mask on and they couldn’t tell who it was so they told my boyfriend they wouldn’t refund him his money cause they can’t press charges on anyone cause they don’t know who it is. So my boyfriend was screwed out of $900 cause they didn’t want to do their job. I highly do not reccommend this credit union! I would have fought more for my money if it was me but my boyfriend is kind of shy and doesn’t like to argue so he let it go.
