GOLD Credit Union is 100% there for their members! I had a fantastic experience with Chonda Mashore who worked diligently with me to accomplish my financing needs; even with my not so great credit stats, she was more than willing to hop on an initial call with me and discuss any outstanding potentially red flag items further - rather than turning me away based on some arbitrary / preliminary screening.. like (cough) MOST, if not, all other places would do. GOLD really does care and will work with you and for you to accomplish your goals! 9000/5 stars!!

My job offered membership to this Credit Union, and I joined mostly because I needed a car loan. This was a great experience- they are quick to process applications, quick to respond to questions, very helpful and did a 100% virtual process for me. Guys ask for Giovanni Pablon - he is definitely a loan officer you want to work with!

This has been the kindest group of professionals I have ever dealt with. My wife and are actually excited to have a new financial institution support us with our financial goals. Additionally, they are a local CU that I feel a part of.

Not only was the customer services and turnaround time spectacularly quick, the rates I received for both my auto and personal loan were by far the best out there compared to other financial institutions. If I could give Gold CU more than five stars, I would. Every person I worked with at Gold was genuinely helpful, friendly, and caring. Not only did they secure my auto loan for the lowest rate I've seen, they went beyond that and offered me extremely sound financial advice. After dealing with so many impersonal banks and dealerships, it was almost a shock to encounter actual humans, who made a point to be both caring and accessible. Thank you to everyone there—especially Cindy Sears, my loan agent. She was fantastic!

My experience dealing with Chonda Mashore at this branch has been great! I initially applied to refinance my auto loan, however rates are higher than I expected, even higher than my current term. Instead of pushing my loan application through anyways, Chonda reached out to me and helped me weigh the pros and cons. She also told me about some other financial options that Gold CU offers, one of which I ended up taking advantage of, and she did all the work to help me apply! This was my first time applying to refinance an auto loan and I learned so much! Thank you Chonda for the excellent customer service, communication, and information!
