Coin machine is the only positive. After 33 years of having my family accounts there, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism/customer service the past few months. Finding out that it is NOT family friendly. Moving all family accounts to another business.

Awful bank. They straight up refuse to let me close my account that hasn't been used in years. Then they keep trying to charge me overdraft fees for their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like the coin machine especially there is no surcharge.

Great service. Very pleased. However it will be much helpful if the ATM will be more up to date and will allow for more transactions. The inability to make cash deposits is an inconvenience. Thank you.

These people are terrible to deal with. I would not recommend. Trying to get my son a car loan was a disaster even with co-signer with a high credit score. I used to say great things about them because they had great rates but this is the 2nd car loan that has been so much more trouble than it was worth. My advice is to try a different credit union.

I moved over an hour away from this branch years ago, but still maintain my account at LVECU. Personally, I don't love the website, but don't have to use it, too much. On the flip side, it's the people that make this physical bank tick. The app is handy and have communicated with employees through that for various moves. There have been times where I need to meet with staff and they worked with me (on 2 occasions for an extended period of time). And just are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive.
