Katie at the Juniata office was exceptional when it came down to her customer service, responding back and answering any questions that I had. I usually use the 7th Avenue office for my banking needs and I can tell you that I’ve never had a bad experience there either. I’ve had other banks in the past and experiences have been less than par. If you are looking for a great bank, with great people. I’d check them out

I have been a member of ARC for 3+ years. My first experience with ARC I got to work with Katie Fulton. After the exceptional service I got with her, I directed all my future inquiries to her. She has kindly directed me to the right person or gladly helped me herself. She has always been a big help but my recent experience was beyond great! She knew I was in a rush and she helped beyond my expectations. I am greatful to have a local credit union to reply on and they sectainly have a great employee leading and helping thier members!

Michele Banks at ARC is a very wonderful person to deal with there. Personable and full of enthusiasm, She made me feel right at home. The pleasure was all mine! I would recommend ARC to anyone, without a doubt.

I have been thanking here for over a decade. The tellers are always so incredibly friendly and it's not a fake friendly either. My husband and I have worked with the loan office before as well and everybody there is always so nice. I would highly recommend this bank to anybody who likes nice friendly people rather than stick in the mud variety when it comes to banking.
