my application went from being approved online and on the phone..so they wanted to see me personally to confrim some paperwork againn..so called a day off at work only to be told that I was not approved coz I'm 1099 contractor..haha why not just lead with that, instead of me missing a day of work..wasted my time..probably the only smartest employee there is Angela..

It took them a day to give me a loan and almost a week to reverse it. And they still haven't gotten it right. Plus they added 28 hundred dollars to my loan.

After a problem with my military bank, I missed a payment. I got a call from ruth Ann on the missed payment day. Told her I'll have to call my bank and see what's going on. Well called back and explained what happen and asked if I would still get a $50 charge still if I paid it that day. She was the rudest person over the phone, and the pressed me for details on my personal banking discussion. I liked Terry the loan secure agent. But I will NEVER go back after this loan is paid off. I'll use a different branch if needed.

Very deceiving. The lady who stated she was the manager turns out to be an assistant manager has no people skills and not only looks down her nose at you snickering, but is just down right disrespectful and rude. I will uphold my original deal with them and make my payments on time but they will never have the chance to serve me again, nor anyone who has a moment to listen to what I have to say.
