Every time I walked in there to do a transaction there was an issue. 1 person in there was very good and friendly. The rest of the staff there in my opinion is not very friendly, especially if you are out of town and still have an account there.

I'm glad I moved to to New Alliance...good people. Only negative is trying to get through on phone. Special mention and shout out for teller Olivia! She has the rare gift of real connectivity with people, and you don't get the feeling that she's mailing it in when she speaks with you; it must come naturally. Olivia should lead a training course in customer relations. Without a doubt, she's at the very top of the list of best service people ever.
