Terrible customer service! When calling in I often have to keep calling, sometimes more than 10+ times until I can speak with an actual person!!! Please fix this! Your customer service has declined tremendously over ther years!!!

The underwriter have very poor knowledge in customer service instead Truist they do have knowledges and work around with you in diferent options.
