Fidelity Bank, Bangor, PA

The only bank that steals your last little bit of money for a RIDICULOUS over draft fee then make you - again so you gotta pay another overdraft fee. People have it hard enough these days. Complete garbage bank over draft then then they get you with another ridiculous fee 7 or 8 dollars. Your bank is as worthless as our government but thats ok I believe in karma

Can’t get return phone calls. Want a line of credit. We’ve been with this bank for over 50 years. It’s like pulling teeth to go get it.

Truly the worst banking experience. It’s always a hassle to cash checks and use a debit card with them. I was harassed and questioned by two ladies there all because I was a college kid cashing a decent check. They also close randomly and nothing works, the ATMs are always down! Save yourself the headaches and DONT take your finances here! Your finances should not be such a hassle but they make it one. UPDATE 9/11/22: Now their ATMs charge a $3 fee just to take YOUR money out, regardless of the amount! Is this how you treat your customers? During these tough times that’s the LAST thing we need.

They claim to be very veteran friendly. This is my 1st deployment with them since they bought out my local bank. Horrible. Fees out of the wazoo and told lots of miss information. Might be changing to USAA or something else because this is ridiculous on how the system doesn't work for veterans and their main excuse it the card that they use charges it not them.

so they told me i couldn't open a new account after i told them my brother sent a fraudulent check without my knowledge since i have to have face id set up for it and he got in to my account while i was sleeping and now i cant even get my pay from work transferred to a new bank because they canceled my card they are great but were very nasty even after i told them what happened

Unfortunately, i didn’t get the peoples names but a young man and a lady that was transferred into that Fidelity Bank, helped my partner and I when it came to taking out a loan. They showed us an easy process on how to do it and they were very patient and amazing to us!

I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time going here. The supervisor was racist and didn’t want to cash the check for no valid reason. She made a comment stating “she wasn’t comfortable”. Very snobby and inconvenient. They need to do better. Not going back to this location again.

My teller Renee was great today. Very friendly and courteous.
