This review is no reflection on the employee performance in the branch but as the establishment as a whole. This credit union has provided me with nothing but the most stressful and problematic banking experience imaginable for the last 7 years I’ve finally gotten fed up and am moving on. They will nickel and dime you to Seth with all there fees. If you have a complaint the will smile and listen to your complaints and then quickly disregard them. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

Went in to pay off a loan and inquire about credit cards. I believe her name was Jale - she was super sweet and helpful. She even mailed us info on the cards.

Meghan is the sweetest. Shes always so helpful with my banking needs. This bank is great overall. I have nothing bad to say on them!

Debbie was absolutely the rudest lady I've ever spoken to. She literally hung up on me, my business will be going elsewhere.
