First Commonwealth Bank, Bedford, PA

Osterburg. P.A branch definitely needs diversity, rude treatment.

One star for the nice teller who tried to help me with a simple task as printing a copy of all checks I have written in the past 6 months. No stars for the inconsiderate bank manager who has no time for her customers and is rude. As a manager of a store myself, I'm thankful that I was trained to treat all my customers politely. I wont be returning to do any business at first commonwealth on Lincoln highway, Bedford pa and I'm considering removing my account all together from this bank and taking my business elsewhere. I will be sure to tell EVERY person I know and do business with about my experience.

Beware of this bank! Terrible customer service! They have acquired some former Santander branches and are trying to take my Santander account even though I currently live over 120 miles from ANY of First Commonwealth branches, including the newly acquired ones. Customer service refused to connect me to someone who could help me. They promised several times a manager would follow up with me, but I have not received a single call back from them. They claim a Forbes2019 "world's best banks" rating. HA!

The Company for which I serve as General Manager, operates several businesses in Bedford County, PA and employs more than 150 individuals, has enjoyed an exceptional business banking relationship with Denise Wessinger, Manager and the entire professional Staff of the Bedford, PA Branch of First Commonwealth Bank.
