They did a great job! I really needed a few thousand dollars to replace a bridge in my mouth that was broken when I had to drive in a dangerous snow storm. I had only called to have them move my car payment over 4 days and the Loan Agent said my credit from my last loan was so good that I could actually get additional funds! I'm so glad they were on top of it and showed me a way to have my dental work done. Thank you!!

She did a great job. Friendly too. I wish the % was lower but oh well....

Extremely unprofessional…I put in a complaint with corporate because in my belief I would hope that this particular office doesn’t not represent this company. I understand sometimes work can be above ur pay grade but it doesn’t give you the right to do it profes I would suggest another office, I have not been to another office but would hope they do not handle business as this office does. If I could give it less than one star I would not give any!!

One Main has always been so great when I really needed help. They will call you in several months and offer you more credit if you need it. Everyone is so professional and friendly. They will work very hard to get you approved. Sometimes it just doesn't work out because of credit history or lack of income, but they have always come through for me when I needed them. The auto pay is a great feature as well. I highly recommend One Main for all your financial needs. John Lindenman
