They are always communicating with you so you never have to wonder what is going on. They explain everything to you and are patient, kind, and understanding. After attempting to work with 3 other mortgage 'professionals' and being roadblocked by various excuses, we were referred to Embrace by our realtor. After 60 days of spinning wheels Embrace was amazingly able to close our loan in 15 days. Tom Evans is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I can't say enough - just when we were ready to give up our dream Tom came through and literally saved the day for us. Excellent experience. We only wish we'd started working with Embrace earlier; we could have saved hours of aggravation and wasted time.
