As a returning member, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Ashley D at the Exeter branch. Ashley was super patient and very kind. The first time I came in about two weeks prior, Ashley tried her very best to open an account for both me and my sister, even though closing was in an hour, she still made room for us and did not hesitate to help! Unfortunately we could not do so because we did not bring the appropriate documentation to open the account. Ashley was nice enough to list off everything we would need to open the account, she gave us her business card and said she would be more than happy to assist once we were ready again. I returned two weeks later and there she was, ready to help! I was able to open my account and boy was it smooth sailing. Thank you so much for all of your help and advice Ashley! Your patients, kindness, & willingness to help does not go unnoticed. You are amazing and deserve the best. Thanks again for your help!

I've had great experiences with my personal banking needs at this location. Branch Manager Cori Coleman and her team are terrific! Any issues that may arise with your accounts, they are prompt to rectify . This location is much better than some of the other local ones. Walked in an hour before close on a Friday and was warmly greeted and assisted. Ashley walked me through opening an account and gave me all of my options expertly! She answered all of my questions and listened to my experience with my prior credit union. Diamond provides excellent service!

Jenny was kind, courteous and very understanding! I explained what I have coming up soon and she offered up a backup plan with Diamond since I may need to take time off work for surgery. Her demeanor was wonderful and she is extremely helpful. I myself am in customer service and it was refreshing to speak with someone who can do their job well! Gold stars for her!!
