Online banking goes down quite often. Leave message, takes days to get back to you. I guess they are doing their best.

I had the worst experience with this bank, which included both branches fleetwood and blandon. Never get a home equity loan to pay off credit cards with this bank. all information was given to get a loan. day of signing they missed three cards even when all things were copied. I figured ok anybody could make a mistake. the three cards they did pay they never called for a final balance.I asked them to check on this., I received a call from them telling me they called them and that all the interest left on the cards were my responsibility. I then made phone calls to all the creditors, and found out the bank lied. when you get a loan its supposed to pay off everything including interest if they had made the phone call for final balance this would have been taken care of. instead i was lied to and expected to believe that the interest was my responsibility. i was even given a specific date when they supposedly called .only to find out they never did. so now i owe for the interest on the the three cards they supposedly closed. and i owe them their loan payment never in my life have i dealt with such a business that clearly does not know what their doing and lie to a customer on top of that.

I have been dealing with the Fleetwood Bank in for several years. I wouldn't Bank anywhere else. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. Every time I visit they make me feel very welcome. It's like having old friends. They are very knowledgeable and resolve any need that I have. Thanks everyone , see you soon!

By far the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. They make it simple and easy, plus the employees go above and beyond. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I won’t bank anywhere else.
