not a fan of this branch. Every time there an issue with our accounts it's a large process to have it corrected. Employees do not know what needs to be done most of the time and just defer to one another. I walked in 10 minutes before closing once and they turned me down since "we're about to close". very frustrated with this branch in general. I recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible to deal with. Unable to simply print off a statement saying a loan was paid off. We have been getting a run around for a over a week over a piece of paper.

I am very happy with this branch. Staff has stayed after closing to help me. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I always use drive thru because parking is impossible.
