Their banking app is unavailable or down for maintenance more than it is operational. They charge excessive fees for having an account and they M&T was found guilty in a class action suit a few years ago. Go elsewhere to a bank who appreciates its customers.

Would not let me withdraw ANY of my money! MY hard earned money! Not the banks money it's my money! Teller was also asking 100 questions that was none of their business. I'll be switching banks. They lost me!

Horrible customer service online when waiting to talk to an agent. 0 stars would be appropriate. I was on hold for over an hour after going through repeated voice commands that would not work and then stating there was too high a call volume and they hung up.

Your customer service is extremely poor unless your in Missys office. I took four overdraft charges on one check.
