After months of procrastinating, I stopped into this branch on a whim. Marilyn was a delight to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process of opening up new accounts painless. I chose the bank because it had decent reviews and convenient locations. The type of customer service that Marilyn provided will make me a loyal customer and has me telling my friends that they should use dollar bank too.

All the staff here is amazing. Always with a smile in their face and ready to help.

One of the ATMs was being serviced by armour truck employee. When he saw me going to use the atm that was not being serviced he immediately put it out of service. Very rude . Will not do my banking there anymore.
