Mariner Finance, Bridgeville, PA

Mariner Finance is the best!!! I've had 3 loans with them. They were suggested through Credit Karma. I've been rebuilding my credit and this helped tremendously! Process was quick and easy each time. Their customer service in the Bridgeville, PA office is exceptional! Very friendly, informative and genuinely a great group there. Interested in a personal loan...go there!!!

Very bad experience with them. a customer for 4 years never missed a payment. Had a higher credit score this time around and couldn't get the amount I asked for. When it was time to close waited over an hour then received a call saying we have to close the next day because the underwriter couldn't be reach. Loan was suppose to fund day of closing and it didn't not even the next day. Got a response to call them, called and left a message and never heard back from them! Since posting my review I was offered another loan promotion and even though I had more income, Conner from the Bridgeville Branch still turn my loan offer down only asking a few questions. Can’t help but to think it’s because of the one star review I left. I went from a preferred customer to not being able to qualify with a higher credit score and more income!!

Everyone was so nice and Vince really helped us. The whole staff at the bridgeville location was helpful and I would recommend them to everyone..

The employees at Mariner Finance have treated me with kindness and respect. I love the personal touch that they add with every interaction. Conner and Jeff at the Bridgeville Branch have been very attentive and helpful. I was in a tough spot and Jeff really showed me kindness and gave me the best solution available. Jeff, from the Bridgeville office, is the greatest! Not only does he competently take care of every last detail of every loan transaction I have been involved with, but he has also managed to to be both personable and professional, all at the same time. It is a very difficult task to accomplish, yet Jeff does it with ease, which is a sign of a great multi -tasker.
