You would think this branch would do its best to get at least a 4 to 5 Star review. But, since the management was changed its done nothing but go down hill. No matter what issue I had old management took care of it.. New management has no clue what's going on. Such a disgrace. This branch needs to get its act together. Hire people who know what they are doing please. I have to say, some of the tellers who are still there, need to be applauded for putting up with the disgraceful changes.

After my credit union of 25years did me dirty, I searched for a new financial institution. I selected Citizens on their free prime checking with one deposit monthly & no minimal balance. Going to their branch ATM's can be tricky as they charge fee for foreign ATM's which can be avoided by using debit with cash back at store checkout. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. There is never a line in the drive thru & if there is, it moves quickly. The Corporation regularly sends satisfaction surveys & value your input. I have been with Citizens for almost a year & the only issue I have experienced is their online system goes down frequently especially in the early morning hours between 12am to 7am.

Staff is very friendly, helpful. No long waiting for service. Would highly recommended.

This is my bank. I love the people and the service. No fuss banking at its best.

Was not helpful because I do not regularly visit this branch. Unfortunate given the service we get at other branches.
