In April, 2022, a process was begun for a credit line. It was only ever to be a credit line. Upon arriving to sign papers today, the documents were for a loan. Not at any time was it communicated that it would be a loan. When asked why it wasn’t a line of credit, the answer given was that the income wasn’t high enough to support a credit line. This is the very first information given. Disappointing business practices

Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Told me my check would be deposited in three days, they now changed it to seven days. Do not recommend. They steal your money and won't even give me my check back. Brittany Gabler has the worst customer service this bank needs to be shut down. Racketeering!

Guess it is time to change banks, unfortunately. It is a holiday weekend and the “new” card I just got last week is not working and there is no way to contact the bank to fix the issue. Thanks for making the holiday weekend a stressful one!!

Deposited money in ATM and took them 3 days to credit account and it cost me my phone getting shut off and an extra $30 to get it turned back on because of them

Woah I thought PNC was bad. By far out of all the banks I have had in this state in the last ten years, actually ever. I am convinced that credit unions are actually more fraud based than the average bank. I have never dealt with such inconvenience in my entire life. I had even refered several people to this bank at my start with them. I terribly regret that and would NEVER do so again, they will hold checks to I assume invest privately and loan privately for the incredibly large time they hold it. Over a week in our case when told three business days. I'm assuming a large scale leveraging scam is being committed. Not surprised when the name Clarion is attached, should've known better.
