My husband and I recently became members here and after our initial experience with our client services representative, Brittany, we wished we would have done it sooner. Brittany was so friendly, very knowledgeable and made every step of the process seamless. Her enhusiastic, yet gentle demeanor is what we could all use a little more of these days. The environment was warm and the staff made you feel welcome the minute you walked through the front door. We will most definitely request all future appointments with Brittany and we look forward to a long lasting relationship with Armco.

Nicky is absolutely amazing! I got my loan set up and approved within an hour and 20 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that she possibly can. My boyfriend and I got auto loans through her and she made the process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is new to getting a loan as she walked us through it every step of the way!

I am writing a review to express how happy we are with our service from Mandy in the mortgage dept. We have felt with Mandy on a few occasions and the girl is amazing. I am 74 and have issues understand some of the financial questions and Mandy just saidNo Worries and explained it so I understood. Mandy even helped us with other bank questions. She is a keeper in my eyes.

Nicole Adams was so very helpful when we met with her to do a wire transfer. She was cautious of the instructions we were given and double checked everything for our safety. Nicole helped us to have confidence during the wire transfer process. Thank you Nicole!

I have to say every experience we've had with Butler ARMCO has been pleasant. From bringing our auto loans here, to applying for credit cards, banking here, to just recently I was wrongly charged on my card, and they helped me, when the business refused to do so. I will never bank anywhere else. I had never experienced this before, but they helped me..I could literally cry, because it wasn't just a small charge either. I'm so very grateful, thank you ARMCO!
