The branch outlet in Butler, Pa. is outstanding. They processed my loan quickly ... truly outstanding in my opinion.

I emailed the branch days ago to ask what my apr was, never got a response. Then today I get my monthly call that I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the calling list, and tonya was extremely rude to me when I asked what the apr is and she told me that it was disclosed at the time of getting the loan (2 YEARS AGO). One main is not a good company, I do not recommend it to anyone. I highly DO NOT recommend the Butler branch or tonya.
