They are a good bank, my only discrepancy is with going threw the drive thru to deposit a check. If you ask for a paper receipt the money goes to your account right away. Where as I noticed if you elect for a emailed receipt they seem to wait till it's convenient for them to deposit the money in your account and that's a little annoying honestly. They should be processed at the same speed regardless of how the receipt is being delivered to you.

I love the bank

The lady in the drive thru with the black hair was rude! (You know who you are)! There’s no such thing as urgency in this place! Worst of all they f-up my account many times! Go to members first bank across the street! Bunch of mediocre staff and need more training in customer service!

My elementary School daughter wanted me to leave this rating because she found the customer service exceptional and I agree with her. The teller was the sweetest lady and great with the kids. Both our children have Safari accounts there to help them learn about personal finance. They also have a coin machine for kids who collect money in their piggy banks. When we were searching for a bank for them that was something some of the other Banks did not have.
