Good, but very disappointed the branch closed on Carlisle Barracks, and then the ATM was removed. Very inconvenient. That was the entire reason we open an account there - to bank near work.

This place is the worst. I got fed up waiting to be taken care of by a teller so I had to just walk out and leave. It’s bad.

Lazy assistant branch manager...i was already inconvenienced by my card being cancelled due to incompetence then was told i need to call the 1-800 number to do my pin when the teller already told me they can do it before i left ...i was already super inconvenienced seeing i had to go a Friday night with no access to my money then your telling me i can do the rest on the phone??...please

First, I love M1st. Second, please keep your hours up-to-date on Google Maps. I suspect many people plan their day using this site to know when businesses close. Appreciate it!

The customer service at this particular Members First location is simply way too slow and inefficient. Even when you have just one other customer ahead of you in the drive-thru or inside of the bank lobby your wait is still gonna be 15-20 minutes.
