We have been doing business with ONEMAIN FINANCIAL for many years and the people there are amazing they work with you and they will help you get the financing you need. If you talk to them and explain your situations they work with you... with payment dates and payment arrangements...... go or Call in and see Kim Smith...... If she's Not Available just talk to whoever answers the phone or is there if you stop in they are ALL GOOD PEOPLE

This place is a joke not only do they charge you high interest rate but they send you pre quality mail then you ask for a little extra on your loan and your get turned down because during covid you didn't make as much as you did the year before. Don't waste your time on these people I cant wait until I have the current loan paid off. I also am direct withdraw and have been paying for almost two years now but they still couldn't help me out. What a joke

My experience was as good as it gets. My loan officer was very knowledgeable and professional but friendly at the same time. I recommend One Main to anyone looking for a good loan experience.

They helped me out when I needed it and worked great with my schedule both times that I had to go in there. If you need a loan I suggest seeing them at some point in your shopping!

Everyone in the office are very friendly and professional and go out of their way to help you, No hard sell of other products. Definitely recommend
