Community Bank, Carmichaels, PA

By far THE worst experience I’ve ever had trying to make a payment. I’ve tried to set up an online account, but it seems that you have to contact customer service first, which it rings constantly and you get a message intermittently saying that all reps are helping other customers. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re looking at this bank please save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere.

I’ve been dealing with Community Bank for the last 6 years and could not be happier! Started out opening my business account with them and was so pleased with everything that we switched our personal accounts with them as well. Always helpful and down to earth. Mainly deal with the Carmichael’s branch but also go to the Belle Vernon and Waynesburg banks as well and all the staff is great! Keep up the great work!

Mis-management of my info, during the passing of my mother. Continuous lack of professionalism or effort. Poor communication, all are attributed to the Carmichael pa branch of community bank. Absolute disappointment

Good bank until they closed our branch. Unfortunately Need to pull our accounts since there is nobody local anymore. They do not understand that business is about people and relationships. Hope they save a good bit of money.

I suggest going to the one in Waynesburg Carmichael's Community Bank is trash they're not for the community there for their pockets Corporate Community Bank is very good bank but this Community Bank and Carmichael's is trash there they have never met a staff more emotionless to their customers they have no problem that you open up account but then want to give you a problem getting your money out but you're all good and you're all illegal with everything you're a real person everything like that until you go to get your money out now they're saying you ain't ruined it 100 money but if it would it look real why would they let you cash in the first place

Pretty decent bank only had occasional issues. However corporate itself when having to be transfered and its practices are abysmal. I do not reccomend Community Bank due to corporate

When I send a check for my car payment it takes forever for them to cash, leading to a late charge. I mail checks at the same time and they are cashed a week before this. I do not recommend this bank!!!
