I thank God every day that he put me in the care of State Financial Network! I was given Benjamin Kenyon... he's the best!!! So knowledgeable and caring. I was having a very hard time finding a mortgage broker that knew what they were doing, I was so close to given up. Ben went the extra mile for my family and I tell everyone I meet about how we were treated. Today you don't find people that's willing to do a great job, and treat you like a human... not just a number. Thank you.

This is the worst company anyone could deal with when getting a mortgage. Benjamin Kenyon the guy We were dealing with didn't have any knowledge about mortgages. He was very unprofessional and just showed no signs that he was in any capacity to assist in anything the sellers agent asked . I stop dealing with him and State Financial. I switched all my information to a real Mortgage company and I just want to say ,Thank you Benjamin for not getting back to me on time for two years straight, it made me find a real company and representative to go forward with. I am now living in My new home that I purchased without your inexperience help.

A bunch of crooks if you ask me and the worse mortgage lender one could ever ask for. They were my lender in 06 and did not apply two payments into my account that my credit union swears up and down they cashed. The Loan account history statements they send you are crap and don't explain your record in detail. Frank Watson who worked on my account is no longer there and he's a bigger crook next to all of them. State Financial Network is horrible and I would advise you stay far away from them!!! I tried to reach out to David Park through my credit union and he refuses to help because I am no longer a customer? I was a customer. My mortgage went back to my builder because they agreed you are a bunch of CROOKS!!! Don't make the mistake I did and save the heartache. Go to another reliable mortgage company instead of these little companies that screw you around to make more money.

My husband and I are both a little older,and not as good at the computer as we should be. Mary Ann Sparks could not of been any more patient and understanding, she walked us through the whole process, and made it a less stressful experience. Mary Ann has kept us up to date on everything. Thanks Mary Ann.

I have 7 late payments listed on my credit score from them even though I've paid on time for the 20/21 months of my mortgage so far (1 month should have been deferred due to Covid, but they reported it as late). Come on guys!

Do not work with this mortgage company. I have never been able to get any of my questions or concerns addressed. I'll email and call for months and no one will respond. Worse yet, they destroyed my credit by reporting a late payment, without ever even contacting me about it, a huge error on their part that will now take me 7 years to recover from and will negatively impact my ability to borrow. I can't get anyone to even discuss the issue with me, despite letters, emails, and phone calls, to individuals at different levels of management within the organization. It's so disappointing that they run their business this way.
