oh my goodness Alicia was so nice she was very pleasant very courteous very kind very helpful and very respectful . She went above and beyond in seeing to it that my transaction was completed and that when I walked out that door I would be a satisfied customer. THANK YOU Alicia....I'd give her 10 Stars if I was able to but unfortunately you only go up to 5
