Getting your mortgage was super easy but don't add your escrow taxes into your mortgage they will not pay them on time. My taxes are a year past due and you cannot reach anyone who will help with customer service. I have been trying to get them to pay them since December 2021 and it's now April 2022. Uncalled for and not professional.

Michelle and her team were absolutely amazing during this stressful time!! No one warns you about the stress you go through in the house buying process but Michelle and her team walked us through it all!! I had a million questions day and night and Michelle was always willing to answer them no matter what time of day it was. I couldn’t ask for a better mortgage lender and I promise I will definitely refer my friends and family and possibly use her again in the future!!!!

Wanted to buy a house, gal seemed very unconcerned and disregarding. Wanted to cut me off and say you don't qualify, without exploring all options, or even saying 'this is what you need to do'. Very dissatisfied with this company.

So the 1 star isn’t necessarily for Mr. Neus directly, but directed towards the communication and standards of the company as a whole. We applied for a new construction loan, and assumingely was approved. However, the “construction team” did not approve our contractor because the contractor did not meet their minimum standards or requirements. No minimum standard or requirement for a contractor was given to my wife and I, to acknowledge in the beginning of the process. Essentially, my time was wasted for a month, almost month and a half because of this critical miscommunication. Mr. Neus said he was unaware of such standards, and after contacting the construction side of the team, the blame was put back on Mr. Neus. So if you are applying for a new construction loan, be sure to ask a lot of questions so your time isn’t wasted!
