I went to open an checking/saving account, Austin was the one who helped us, he didn’t say nothing that they will check my credit and after couple days I see that they did run my credit. Now I have one more hard Inquiry what will mess me credit score for next 2 years. Everything what he said is sorry, this is our policy. Worse experience. Thank you Patriot FCU.

We've had a savings and checking account with PFCU for a long time with very few problems. Last August we were very happy to be approved for a used car loan. The loan officer was very kind and helpful.

Out of all the local branches this ones my least favorite. Some of the staff is rather rude and in a hurry like you can tell they hate their job . The other branches are a much better experience! Great bank though !

Great help from loan officers and when my account was hacked... quick efficient service.... I live closer to the Wayne Ave branch but prefer this one secondary to service and less wait time

I've been greeted by a great group of people as a new customer. Even before I set up my account, I was impressed with the staff's helpfulness from both the service call center and the local branch. The online access and app were simple to set up and use. Seriously the first time I've left a bank smiling in a long time. I'm happy I chose them for my financial needs.

Just moved to the area from Philadelphia and opened an account here because it is a credit union. My best advice to anyone STAY AWAY!!!!! They charge fees for just having an account and so many different fees they are almost like Bank of America. I recommend Corning Credit union to anyone looking. Patriot is the WORSE. HIGHWAY ROBBERY
