Ninth Street Check Cashing, Chester, PA

My mom is 75 years old and no legs so she signed her check where she can and the woman that works there said she needed to signed in front of her but my mom couldn't signed where the woman was and I asked the woman front working if my mom can use her SSN so she can cash it and the lady told us she can't do that and we had to take the bus to home and it's was hot outside but luckily there was a lady in line that took us to Tony on booth and 9th thank God he checked it for her remind had took the bus there and in the heat I guess she treats her parents this way because she doesn't have a heart to help my mom at all

I love how I can pay my certain bills and cash a check all in one place. I’m always in and out the lady who now knows me is always nice and very helpful and does explain everything to me about what she’s doing and how she’s doing the process. I’ve been paying my Verizon bill through them and I never have a problem with the cash checking place.

I’ve been going here since I was 16 and it’s always quick, clean and straight to the point but the homeless people around there shouldn’t be allowed to just wait around. It’s annoying when they stare at you with their puppy eyes.

Horrible they tell you one thing on the phone and then when you arrive they say something different!!! Woman at the front has no customer service skills
