With all things pandemic related, I was so thankful to have miss Shannon to work with. My husband and I had both got covid and were unable to work and weren’t able to get paid. Thankfully I have funds that I was to pull from with Peachtree’s help. I worked with Shannon and she was just absolutely amazing! Very informative, helpful and wanted to make sure I got everything I was needing in a timely manner. But it wasn’t just a one and done transaction. She has constantly kept in touch and has also made sure that I have been getting these little gifts they send out as a thank you for using their services. If ever I’m in a crunch and need to withdraw funds again I will definitely be talking with Shannon. If you want someone who actually cares about you as a customer, she’s your girl!

It was my first time working with the company and I was a bit hesitant but Shannon cristy helped me throughout The entire process and she was always available to answer any questions I had (which were a lot ) , she’s so sweet and understanding and always willing to help. I had an excellent experience with Veronica specifically. She proactively let me know what was going on with my case and she was always there to answer any questions I had even if I was asking them for the second or third time. If she wasn’t available the second I called someone always answered the phone, got her the message and she got back to me very quickly. Great service and great experience overall!

I submitted an application because I was told my type of settlement was supported. 24 hours later I get a call saying they rejected my application because my settlement isnt supported. The rep refused to go into detail when I asked about the contradiction. The company needs to make sure their representatives are knowledgeable on what is and is not accepted, before wasting a client's time.

The most wonderful fast moving place I went to if you get another offer they'll beat it and Ryan is an absolute pleasure to work with so ask for him he goes above and beyond
