Northwest Bank, Clarion, PA

Just made a deposit into savings. There were 4 women behind the counter and only one of them had a mask on. I have a compromised immune system. If I get sick I know where I got it. I'll be banking elsewhere since northwest does not have any concern for public health and safety.

Just terrible all around. Bad customer service

There system made a mistake, and now are telling me it is my responsibility to pay them back money because of a issue on there side. I will be contacting a lawyer. People on phone were always rude, with a whatever attutude about the situation.

Friendly and easy to deal with, they 're always there to help. Big bank with a small bank personality...

Never an issue. Always treated with respect. Always helpful when I have a question.

I've always had a good experience with Northwest Clarion. Friendly faces at the counter and quality banking. :)
