Top Tier Federal Credit Union, Clarion, PA

This place is a joke, the women in Clarion office are down right ignorant, money turns up missing by them taking money out and when calling to ask about it they hung up on us 4xs, then they supposedly take 4 hour lunch breaks because no one returns any calls. We have been a customer with CFCU for 14 yrs and never had a problem until they switched to TTFCU.

This bank is absolutely garbage. They take money out of an account that's 0 to overdraft it when there shouldn't be anything taken out. Absolutely dispicible

Love working with them! They recently changed their name to Top Tier Credit Union as they expand :)

We switched from PNC to the credit union over a year ago and couldn't be more pleased! We, also refinanced both our vehicles through them and they gave us way better rates and time frame than what our previous loans were for. We won't go anywhere else!

Everytime I go to this bank they cause me problems. Not worth the trouble, the people are rude and their rules are stupid.

One of the most incompetent, unprofessional, and worthless credit unions/banks that I've ever dealt with. It's one problem after another with this folks, and pretty much every single immediate and extended family member I have has left them for other banks. I'm the only one who seems to have been too stupid to, but that's about to change after the past few weeks of nonstop issues and problems.

Outstanding!! A good portion of my personal accounts as well as two of my businesses bank with Top Tier. Chris Duncan and the lending team have been unbelievably helpful from home mortgages to business / equipment loans. My wife and I also love seeing the front end staff light up when we bring our 3yo in to make deposits into his account!! Thanks for your dedication to our growth and money management!!

I refinanced my truck here. It was fine, rate was about the same. In the process of trying to get another loan through them and now they are having trouble giving me another loan of smaller value to get a cheaper car. We bought my wife’s vehicle through GM financial with myself as a co-signer no issue and refinanced my truck with top tier at around the same time no issue. I’m not banking expert, but I think this whole process is ridiculous when it should have been easy.
