Northwest Bank, Clearfield, PA

I was out of town purchasing a vehicle from one of their members who had his vehicle financed with Northwest. They made my purchase super easy and comfortable. Lucia Cadori was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding dispersal of the title and such. She was even qualified and nice enough to Notarize our sales agreement. That was a big help for me since it was a Saturday and I live 4 hours away. Thanks again for your help Lucia!

Drive thru is the slowest bank I have ever been to, sometimes I spend up to 30mins waiting, and that is with only 2-3 other cars. I go for work business so I can't change banks but if I could I would.

Unprofessional, rude, slow service, may as well call customer service since the branch doesn’t answer their phones. I come for business, would never do personal banking here.
