Great place to deal with for loans! Melinda has always been a tremendous help and very quick with the loan process itself! The credit union itself has a positive team to contact and deal through as well.

We currently have two loans with ONE FCU - never again!! They are the most incompetent group of humans I have ever dealt with! We have had issues from the start. Their online banking system is terrible and the management cannot even set up automatic payments correctly. Save your sanity and go with a different financial institution for your needs. We are going on 6 months and they still have stuff on our accounts screwed up!
