I believe in supporting my local credit union. I'd much rather be considered a member than a customer. Everyone here is friendly and professional. I'd recommend doing your banking here over any commercial bank!

Have to wait 30+ mins to use atm because they open the 1st lane for anyone. Suggest maybe closing the 1st lane for strictly ATM usage and open your 3rd lane. Ridiculous.

One worker was slow and had to do something twice because she messed it up the first time. This was shortly before closing time, which at 4:30 is pretty inconvenient for weekdays.
