Fidelity Bank, Dallas, PA

I recently came to the Dallas Branch location for the first time. I have been banking with Fidelity for a long time now. My husband and I came in 15 minutes until closing, it was the only time we could manage to get there. Normally, one would get eye rolls from the employees, for coming in so late before their shift was done. The staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of my problem. We did not have time to get everything done that day, so I stopped by the next day. Brenda Andes was there, and remembered me by name. She took her time to meet my needs, and was very personable. You could tell she is passionate about her job, and serving others. I wanted to recognize her, for her ability to exceed my expectations. She help get everything all set up, had done her due diligence beforehand, as well as making add on suggestions to suit my needs. I will only be using this branch from now on. Thank you guys !

Hands down the best bank I've ever used. Friendly, efficient, and excellent to communicate with. I would highly recommend them, and often do. You get treated with the kindness of a small local business, with the added bonus of the newest technology and ease.

I recently came to the bank to pay off a debt and wanted to open my account back up. They looked at me like I was some kind of scum bag, and basically refused to take my money to clear my debt and open another account with me. Poor customer service, I used to come to this bank. They were very friendly and very nice to me this time around they looked at me like I was a scumbag like I was dirt on the bottom of there shoes and that I did not belong there. I don’t feel I was treated correctly I was told the wrong information. This is why my account went negative because the branch manager wanted to tell me one thing and then something else happened to my account. I came in to rectify the situation, and they acted like I did not matter to them, or my money was not good enough very unprofessional
