His team was organized and efficient when it came to gathering needed documents. We had a lovely experience and would highly recommend Todd.

Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs. We have been forced to retain the services of an attorney on multiple occasions in 7 months of dealing with Prosperity! If it was only just incompetence it would be a shame, but our dealings with Prosperity indicate they are willfully ignorant and unpleasant in addtion.

Ruth and her team made the whole mortgage process as seamless as it could possibly be. She takes on much of the stresses through this process so her clients don't have to. Not only is her years of experience completely rare and hard to come by, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Ruth for helping us find our dream home!

Positive: our mortgage consultant, Al Colacello. Al was really great, and most importantly, very responsive. Excellent communicator, who kept on top of things so well. Negative: everyone else. The level of missteps on the part of others at the PHM org are too many to note here. It seems pretty clear that the loan processor and underwriter were lazy, and worked at a pace that would insult a snail. Furthermore, the clarity in communication didn’t exist. It’s as if they want you to be confused; and hope that your closing gets delayed. Don’t waste your time with PHM if Al isn’t your mortgage consultant.

Worst experience ever.. june 14th to augest 21st to get told ive had to many jobs!!!!!! And pushe my closeing date back three times.. called v.p president and he said I will have the manager of the mangers look at it your the v.p matt torress still no call.. Do not use
